A sensual, connected and embodied experience for women

Join me for a juicy dance circle to sink into your body, explore your emotions, and play with musicality through mindful movement to smooth latin tunes. 

• No dance experience needed
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can move in
• Lipstick and shiny accessories welcome
• Movement without judgement

This event consists of a blend of movement and reflection using different latin dance styles, breathwork along with journaling and discussion.
