I’ll be kicking off this new series of workshops on dance and personal growth with the all-important theme: Motivation!

Based on my own story, I’ll be sharing what motivated me to dance in the first place, as well as how dancing can help fuel your motivation in day-to-day life, to feel more vibrant, determined and driven.

This workshop invites you to ignite that little flame in your heart that gives you zeal and strength through journaling, music and dance, and break limiting beliefs that hold us back from achieving our dreams. We’ll be tuning into our “fuego” or fire, through some of the most joyful and motivating steps that I have discovered along my Bailando Journey.

Dance is an incredible tool to fuel motivation. This workshop will use the science behind motivation, as well as storytelling and basic dance sequences to spark that connection within ourselves, as well as supporting the Bailando Journey dance online platform to reach more artists that are struggling at this time. You will receive inspiration and a Motivation playlist before the event to get you in the mood.
